Simac talks jobs and taxes, but hasn't paid state income taxes to Wisconsin for most of the past decade. She was delinquent in paying her property taxes 8 of the last 9 years. Now we learn she allowed the outsourcing of the printing of her books to China! While we struggle to pay our taxes and find good jobs, Simac isn't making it easier for us.
